🔥What’s the role about...

As the Web Growth Manager at Rokoko, you’ll report to our Head of Marketing and take the lead in shaping the experience and performance of our most critical digital touchpoints—our website and online store. You will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Rokoko.com, ensuring it delivers seamless experiences for our prospects and customers while driving measurable growth.

This role requires a unique mix of analytical skills, UX sensibility, and a growth-focused mindset to continuously test, learn, and optimize every aspect of our web presence.

What you’ll do...

Web optimization and strategy

• Continuously test and refine the website to maximize conversions, engagement, and funnel efficiency using A/B testing and analytics tools like GA4, GTM, and Optibase.
• Use data insights to manage a backlog to prioritize and execute improvements that drive measurable business outcomes and enhance user journeys for diverse customer segments.
• Translate strategy into creative briefs that you then coordinate with an external designer and developer to turn into reality.
  

Web leadership

• Balance growth-focused strategies with UX best practices to create functional and inspiring web experiences that support long sales cycles and multi-touchpoint engagement. You’re the internal ‘owner’ of our website.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Suppler Chain, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the website aligns with broader company initiatives.
  

Ecommerce Management & reporting

• Oversee the headless integration of Webflow and Shopify, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and seamless functionality.
• Monitor and analyze web performance data to uncover opportunities for traffic optimization, SEO, and campaign improvements.
• Coordinate technical updates with developers and external agencies to maintain and enhance the website’s performance.
  

🕵️ We are keen to meet someone that has...

• Proven experience in website optimization, user journey mapping, and driving measurable growth through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools like GA4, GTM, and Shopify reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with headless systems (e.g., Webflow + Shopify) and experience managing product listings, pricing updates, and integrations is a plus.
• A balance of a growth-focused, commercial mindset with a strong eye for UX and design best practices.
• Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize optimizations that align with business goals, avoiding distractions from vanity metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and experience coordinating the website at the receiving end of a paid performance campaign, in collaboration with external agencies.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams, collaborating across marketing, product, and sales to align web strategies with broader initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools like Optibase, ThoughtSpot, Hubspot, and Ortto is a plus.
• A passion for gaming, 3D content creation, or digital culture is a big plus, especially where community engagement and a strong design aesthetic are central.
