We are looking for a Head of People & Culture (P&C) to lead, develop and grow our people practices. In the role, you will lead our P&C team in Copenhagen and be central in building our team across regional offices. Your main responsibility is to empower every single employee to be their best in their environment while maintaining our human-centred culture and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing technology companies in the scale-up phase. The role requires someone who is strong at P&C strategy and planning, as well as coaching and directing a small, high-performing team. Team leadership: Lead, develop and support a P&C team to create an outstanding employee life cycle experience across the entire organisation.

P&C strategy: Develop and drive P&C objectives and steer the team to success. You will develop and implement the P&C strategy while collaborating with Executive Management on the alignment with company strategy.

Leadership Partner: Work together with our leadership team to identify and manage strategies and results. You will help steer any strategic changes ensuring that our people are skilled, equipped, motivated and organised to work towards our mission as well as capable of addressing day-to-day P&C-related matters.

Talent acquisition and recruitment: Set the direction for our talent acquisition and recruitment strategy to ensure that we effectively attract and recruit the best candidates.

Culture and values: Work alongside our CEO, to ensure a good, open and collaborative company culture that promotes our core values of authenticity, teamwork, and playfulness.

Employee engagement: Along with the team you are responsible for employee engagement and lifecycle events including, but not limited to; annual performance and salary reviews; training and development, employee engagement, NPS; exits and off-boarding.

Process optimisation: Drive a data-based approach to leverage insights and optimise our processes. Continuously improving our working environment, and manage employee satisfaction across the organisation.
- Budgeting: You will work alongside our Finance team to manage the P&C budget, compensation strategies and annual planning as well as P&C initiatives.
🕵️ We’re keen to meet someone that...
- Min. 4 years of experience within HR/P&C in growth companies preferably in the scale-up phase.
- Min. 2 years of people management in teams of +3 employees.
- Able to implement strategy organisation-wide.
- Hands-on experience in areas such as strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, D&I, performance management, compensation strategy, employee relations, employer branding, career progression and L&D.
- Experience with our HR tool stack is preferable: we use Teamtailor (ATS) / Bob (HRIS).
- You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and can navigate a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment.
- You know how to approach blockers and are solution-orientated.
- You have an international mindset and take into consideration the needs of our regional offices while implementing company-wide strategies and policies.
- You have knowledge of the Danish Labour law.
- You are fluent in English communication, both written and oral.
- Nice to have; Passionate about trends and development in tech or film/game industries.
