🎯What's the role about...
As Rokoko is growing its Customer Success team where Customer Support plays the core foundation - we are looking to hire a customer-centric Customer Support Manager to cater to our growing customer base and help us improve our Customer Support offering.
🔥You’ll do well in this role if you...
- Meet and exceed key Customer Support Metrics regularly; a first response time of < 10 mins and CSAT of 95%+.
- Put the customer first in all your interactions.
- Respond to questions about our products/ services quickly and accurately, but also looking to expand within the role to become knowledgeable about technical requirements of our products.
- Share customer-centric values within the team and externally.
- Be the voice of the customer by tracking and documenting incoming support requests and championing the same internally - more so towards the Product Team.
- Respond to 1st (and time-giving; 2nd) line Customer Support queries.
- Assist and collaborate with the rest of the Customer Support team in increasing operational efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Product team to efficiently resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain Rokoko’s internal and external knowledge bank.
- Provide support to Rokoko’s Community on Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
🕵️ We’re keen to meet someone who...
- Has more than 1 or 2 years experience in a 1st & 2nd line Customer Support position in a SaaS scale-up.
- Has worked with help desk software like Zendesk, Intercom, JIRA, and CRM like Hubspot.
- Carries a genuine customer-centric mindset and drive to go above and beyond.
- Demonstrates experience in bringing improvements to your team and/or workplace.
- Has excellent communication skills and a strong command over the English language: both written and spoken.
- Possess problem-solving skills; with a desire to get to the bottom of issues.
🤘 You rock if...
- You have experience working in 3D content creator software such as Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, iClone, and Cinema4D and/or 3D engines such as Unity and Unreal.
